TIANJIN, China — Genertec Tianduan has introduced a new 20,000 kN servo-driven flexible intelligent hot stamping production line, marking another step forward in high-efficiency lightweight forming solutions for the automotive and new energy vehicle sectors.

Purpose-built for demanding lightweight body and structural component applications, the new line integrates a servo mechanical press with an automated loading and unloading manipulator. The system is designed to deliver significant improvements in speed, stability, precision, energy efficiency, and production flexibility.

At the core of the line is a highly coordinated press–manipulator integration platform supported by FANUC multi-axis synchronous control. Compared with conventional hydraulic press systems, the new solution can increase overall production efficiency by approximately 1.5 to 2 times, while reducing the number of hydraulic components by nearly 60%. This simplified architecture helps improve system reliability, maintenance efficiency, and long-term operating stability.

The servo mechanical press delivers repeat slide positioning accuracy of ±0.01 mm and offers four times greater resistance to eccentric loading than traditional press designs. Its servo-driven “power-on-demand” technology reduces energy consumption to less than 40% of that of conventional hydraulic presses. With programmable multi-motion curves and operating noise below 80 dB, the line provides strong adaptability for a wide range of hot stamping production scenarios.
